I’m familiar with XP, Vista, 7, and gaining more experience with 8 every day. I’ve not yet got a chance to experience management of a Windows 8 environment, but I’d look forward to a place where I could.


2003, 2007, and 2010 are the versions that I am most experienced with. I have helped users customize their setup and figure out how to do the tasks they want to do.


There have been many times when I’ve needed to run scripts and understand what they are doing. I’m not a database expert, but I’m not afraid to jump in and see what I can do–after careful consideration, of course.


I upgraded our installation of Dynamics Great Plains from 10.0 to 2010, and had to deal with a lot of problems along the way, but I’m now quite familiar with getting in there and helping users do what they need to do.
